Fruit Salad

I don't remember who I stole this idea from. I'm sure it was a friend or family member.

You can make many variations of this recipe. Here are the basics - use or don't use whatever fruit you'd like. I usually use around 4-5 cups of fruit total per recipe.

Fruit Salad

1 carton fat free Cool Whip
1 sm. box fat free, sugar free cheesecake pudding (or vanilla)
apples
mandarin oranges
bananas
peaches
grapes
nectarines
strawberries
pears
cherries

Mix Cool Whip and pudding together. You can add a tablespoon or two of milk if it seems too stiff. Slice all fruit into small pieces. If using canned fruit, make sure it is drained. Mix whatever fruit together that you're using. Add the pudding mixture to the fruit and toss lightly. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use. I've found that bananas and strawberries get a little mushy if they sit overnight.
