Another project finished

Yeah!!!

Here are the bags that I made for Norma and Will (my niece and nephew) for Christmas. I filled them with books, games, crayons, etc.

I had originally bought this fabric to make for Tommi but I ran out of time to make any for my own kids. I think they're so cute though that I'll be making them in the near future for my own kiddos.

This was actually supposed to be my practice bag (thanks for the help Wendy!!) but again I ran out of time. It turned out well enough to use though. The material is actually from my brother's bedroom curtains from when he was a baby.

These were fairly simple to make (they'd have to be for me to do). I tried to find the pattern online but was unsuccessful. I got it out of a Better Homes and Gardens Quilt magazine. If you'd like the pattern I could get it to you, just drop me a note.

Oh, and there are actually 6 pockets on these babies. The car and pony material are pockets that are seperated by the handles. So you have 3 in front and 3 in back.

The finished size is about 10x13.
