School

We did manage to get school started a week and 3 days after we moved in. It was a little later than I would have liked but at least we're up and going. I also managed to get a picture of the kids...after they finished their first day. Am I the only one who likes that fresh, first thing in the morning, first day of school picture? Well, I really do. But I guess I'm the only one who knows when the picture was actually taken. So maybe I should just keep my big mouth shut and not fret over who might be wondering if the picture was taken before the first day of school started, or after it was over. (Because I'm sure you were all wondering about what point exactly in the day the picture was taken...sheesh, quit obsessing already!).

Well, here they are: Kmac is 9, in the 4th grade. G jr is 8, somewhere around 3rd grade (give or take a year). Tommi is 13. I mean 3, begging me to teach her how to read, so we're starting her in preschool (a little earlier than anticipated).
