The volcano cake, exactly the way he wanted it. Durn boy (name that book) wouldn't let me do anything with it that I wanted to. Well...I guess it was his birthday. Sheesh.

When we asked G jr what he wanted for his birthday he said, "I'll just wait and see what I get and be grateful for it." Yep, he's a keeper.

Instructions: spin till you puke, then swing the closet rod (hey, it's all I could find!) and try not to hit any kids...or adult men standing nearby.

Did he seriously say he'd be grateful for whatever he got?? Wow, that's some good parenting right there :)
That's so nice of you to say Wendy. Yeah he really said it - made it kind of hard for us to decide what to get him! We can't take the credit though, God has blessed us immensly with some great kids.
I just realized that it probably looked like I was bragging. That wasn't my intention. I just wanted to show how sweet that little guy can be sometimes.
I didn't get a bragging vibe at all :)
