*sigh* what to say?

Some days...or weeks I just don't have anything to say. I'm sure that's surprising since I have such a big mouth. I don't feel like I have much to say now but I'll bore you with some tidbits of things floating around in my head and house.

I found a box of curriculum I didn't know I had. Some of which were books that I just purchased brand new for this year. *sigh*

I've come up with 3 whole boxes of curriculum to sell. I'm trying to figure out the best avenue for trying to sell said curriculum.

I've decided to try using Sonlight for our history curriculum. It seems a little overwhelming but I think the kids will love it.

I bought some fabric today to make curtains for Tommi's room. It was a crazy deal at $5 for 2 yards. Yeehaw! Now I'm trying to find a pattern/tutorial to try to make those darn curtains.

We've been enjoying Little G's Saturday morning baseball games. 2 weeks ago he pitched his first Little League game ever. It melted my heart.

Big G has bought a project for him to do with each of the two older kiddos. He and Little G are restoring a mini-bike. He and Kmac bought a remote control airplane. The kids absolutely love their special time with their daddy. You'll have to wait in suspense (as will we all) to see what he decides to do with Tommi.

My camera is a big fat turd. Yes it is. Don't argue. I just bought it in March, so it is still under warranty, so...I took it back to the store. The salesman guy proceeded to tell me, "Yeah, you got a lemon." Great. So we sent it in. They sent it back saying they couldn't find anything wrong with it. * BIG SIGH*

Today we're going back to the store to buy a new battery and hope that it's just the battery that's a big fat turd.

My son has just brought me a dress shirt from my closet, for me to put on, before going upstairs for the tea party that they're preparing. Yep, that's homeschool for ya.

I guess that I should mention that we talked about the Boston Tea Party today. And I should be glad that we're having an actual tea party and not taking huge boxes of tea out to be thrown in the canal behind the house.

Kmac and Little G are blowing my mind at how well they're learning to play the piano. It really makes me feel good all over to hear them play. Except that I may come to hate Heart and Soul if my.son.does.not.stop.playing.it!

Okay, that's all I can come up with. I'm off to a tea party.

Do I detect a bit of frustration? A "canal tea party" might have been just the thing to get your agressions out. ;) (((HUG)))

The big fat turd comment? Just made me snort.

I like the idea of throwing your tea in the canal! As long as it's crummy old Lipton and not the expensive, tasty stuff.
